Active Arts Craft market is justifiably famous! Starting in 1976,it was one of the first in the country to invite craftsmen and women to display and sell their goods directly to the customer. The customers loved it, and they still do! Held on the first Saturday in November at Countesthorpe College it opens to the public at 10-am and goes on through until 4pm. There is always over seventy stalls all selling hand made goods and nearly always made by the person behind the stall. Countesthorpe College 10 am ‘til 4.00 £1.50 at the door
