Leicestershire and Rutland Rural Community Council Newsletters
The RCC was formed in 1924 and is a registered charity and a company limited by guarantee. It is part of a network of rural community councils which are located in each county, all involving themselves exclusively with rural issues.
Their aim is to help those who live and work in rural Leicestershire & Rutland. They are involved with a wide range of projects and issues which are increasingly becoming more important as the quality of rural life and the services provided for communities deteriorate.
