Countesthorpe Locality Youth Team This is run by Tammy Ballard who is the Youth Development Worker employed by the County Council and who lives in an office next to the 16+ toilets at Countesthorpe Community College. There is a whole team of Youth Workers ready to work with young people aged 11 to 19. We work with mainstream young people, to special needs, young carers and much more.
There are several groups and clubs that run from Countesthorpe as well as one off events and holiday Youth Provision. All of the information can be found at www.thejitty.com.

Reality Youth Project
This a Christian based Youth Charity, established in Sept 2005. We have 5 teams in South Leicestershire with our Head Quarters and most established team in Countesthorpe. Our Trustees are from many walks of life including ministers of religion and an accountant plus others whose skills contribute to the smooth running of the Reality Youth Project. We work in partnership with local schools, communities and churches and through activities, groups and projects seek to help young people grow physically, mentally, socially, emotionally and spiritually.
