JOSIE ADCOCK, FORMER CLERK TO THE PARISH COUNCIL

Countesthorpe Parish Council is saddened to learn that one of its former Clerks, Josie Adcock, has passed away.

Josie joined the Council as Clerk in 1984 and worked tirelessly with dedication and professionalism for her 27 years of service until her retirement in 2011.

Josie’s support to the Parish Council, individual Councillors and to staff was invaluable, as well as her work in supporting the Parish Council improving the village to the benefit of Countesthorpe residents.

Countesthorpe Parish Council expresses its deepest sympathy to Josie’s family and friends at this sad time.

As a mark of respect, the Parish Council flag will be flown at half-mast on the day of the funeral.
